What should I do if I can't remember my Password or Username?

At the Online Banking Login screen click on the “Forgot Password” link and enter your Username. You will then be required to answer your security question.  You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.


How do I contact People’s Bank Online Banking Support?

For answers to your Online Banking questions or for assistance servicing your account, please contact People's Bank Online Banking Support in any of the following ways:

  • Send us a message directly through People's Bank Online Banking (using the "Contact Us" feature)
  • Call us toll free at 1.866.454.4735 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. PST on Friday

I can view other areas of your website but I cannot get into Online Banking. What is wrong?

If you are able to view other areas of our web site, but are unable to access our Online Banking service, the system may not be accessible because of system maintenance. You will receive a page indicating “This page cannot be displayed."  Another reason may be that you are having a problem accessing secured sites in general.  Both your browser and Internet Service Provider must support secured sites. Refer to the requirements for using Online Banking.
