What is the SBA 7(a) loan program?

A Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) loan is a popular and flexible guarantee program designed to assist small businesses in the United States by providing them with access to capital for various purposes, such as starting a new business, expanding an existing one, purchasing equipment, or refinancing existing debt.

  • Loan amounts up to $5 million with terms extending to 25 years.
  • Flexible loan terms, with less money down.
  • Any 7(a) loan under $500,000 allows for credit scoring by the SBA, meaning faster processing and funding.
  • Reduced fees for fiscal year 2024.
  • No pre-payment penalties for loan terms under 15 years.

We also offer other government guaranteed loans such as:

  • Business Oregon
  • USDA  (United States Department of Agriculture)
